Welcome to Lover! By accessing or using the Lover application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines that we may provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You are solely responsible for any content that you post, upload, or transmit through the App. You grant Lover a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the App.

Lover reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete any copies of the App from your devices.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Lover disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Lover does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
  1. your use of or inability to use the App;
  2. any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  3. any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party; or
  4. any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lover and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internataional laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

Lover reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
